Sunrise estate is located on St.Martin/St.Maarten, a beautiful island in the Caribbean. The island is divided between the Netherlands and France, and located in the northeastern Caribbean.
Sunrise estate is located on the Dutch side of the island, next to Dawn beach, Oyster Pond. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood, with a fantastic view of the ocean. It is close to restauran
ts and the beach.
The villa has 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms, and 2 toilets connected to the common area. The villa has an annex, consisting a living room combined with a bedroom, a small kitchen, a bathroom and a private veranda. This annex is considered as bedroom Nr 5. All the bedrooms has air condition. The villa has a well equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with cable TV and internet.
There is a caretaker who takes care of the house, and vill assist you, if you need any kind of help.
The island offers you many excursions. You can take the ferry from Phillipsburg to St.Barth, or rent a boat and go fishing or sightseeing. You can visit Maho Beach and experience one of the world’s dangerous approaches. Rainforest adventures offers you a great view all over St.Maarten, and when it’s time to go home, you can take the zip line down. The possibilities are many, you can also just enjoy the day on one of the many beaches that the island can offer.
From Europe you travel directly from Paris or Amsterdam.

Vi har vært så heldige å feriert sammen med forskjellige venner på det fantastiske huset på St.Marten hele 5 ganger, første gang i 2008. Fantastisk hus med alle fasiliteter og høy standard. Huset har en utsikt du bare kan drømme om samtidig som det ligger i et rolig villaområde men kort vei til strand og spisesteder. Øya byr på alt fra de flotteste strender til byliv og shopping. Vi har vært 4 par på turene, et antall vi syntes passer utmerket men 5 par ville heller ikke vært noe problem plassmessig. Våre venner står i kø for å bli med på disse turene . En flottere ferie enn dette er vanskelig å finne og kan anbefales på det varmeste . Vi har igjen bestilt huset i januar 2017 og ser fram til nok en fantastisk ferie når Norge er på det kaldeste og vi kan boltre oss i 27-30 grader .

Ingen andre ferier kan måle seg med ferier på Sunrise. Når vi kommer til det nydelige huset 1ned utsikten over Oyster Pond og havet, kommer vi raskt i feriemodus og pulsen går over i hvilepuls. Huset med sine lekre oppussete rom, det velutstyrte kjøkkenet, den store flotte grillen og ikke minst det rene og delikate svømmebassenget, gir deg en god følelse av luksus. Det at det er gåavstand fra huset og til den deilige stranden Dawn Beach og mange lekre restauranter, gjør det enkelt å få oppfylt drømmen, om en solfylt ferie i Karibien.

Overall a great experience! Everything in the house worked perfectly and the on-site groundskeeper was very helpful with check-in and check-out. Travel to and from the house was super easy and there’s direct access to the road below the house which lets you walk to the nearby resort for food/supplies. The best part about this location is the morning sun and afternoon breeze. The house is in the shade by 3-4pm, so you’re not baked by the sun all day and there`s a natural draft throughout the house that keeps it very comfortable with the doors open. 10/10
